Shipping & Returns

 The price of a piece does not include shipping. This is quoted separately on the website once an order has been made and you have completed checkout.

  • UK - Royal Mail Signed for:  2-4 working days - £4.00 (signature required)

I try my best to deliver your item(s) within 7 days but as many of my pieces are made to order, it sometimes may take a bit longer. If you need your items by a specific date please email me at denise@orandastone.com

  • Europe/Rest Of The World Royal Mail International Signed For: 5-10 days - £13.00 

*These are estimated shipping times - I cannot control items that may be stuck in customs*

All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

If no one is available to receive your item, a card will be left offering you the option to have the item delivered on a different date. 

Please note that any additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination are your responsibility. Customers are advised to check this prior to placing an order.

Delivery Times:

All pieces from Oranda Stone are handmade to order therefore lead times per product can vary. Lead times on average are 1-3 weeks depending on the item.

Any custom orders may take longer than 3 weeks to make and ship, please email me directly to discuss further.

LATE AND LOST DELAYS                                                                                                                                                                         

Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost items by the Royal Mail services. That is 20 working days for the UK and 30 working days for international deliveries after the dispatch date.

On international deliveries, your parcel is usually handled by more than one courier service. Hence when parcels are sent abroad, the actual delivery of your parcel will be their responsibility. Often delays of up to 10 days are caused by customs checks.

Parcels that are tracked as being delivered but not received by the customer (This may happen if you have provided us with your work address, where a colleague within your company or someone else has signed for). In these cases, you will need to obtain a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail by filling their signature request form.  Please note that ORANDA STONE does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For such reasons, we recommend that you provide us with your home address for all deliveries.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A bespoke or customised order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order.

SALES AND RETURNS

I hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery from Oranda Stone. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I will be happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. If you do wish to return an item, please contact me for further details. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies unless they are structurally faulty,
